In Store Purchases

At The Good Day, we thoughtfully curate each piece with intention. To maintain the integrity of our collections, we offer exchanges or gift cards only. Should your selection not feel quite right, we are pleased to assist you in finding something you love. 

We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase on all items, except for gift cards and perishable goods (food & flowers) and sale items  We will offer store credit for goods that are unused and in original condition. 

Online Orders

  • All unused/unopened/unworn items may be exchanged in their original packaging with the following exceptions
  • Discounted/Sale/Vintage/One-of-a-kind/Food items are Final Sale. - No Returns or Exchanges. 
  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • Please notify us at janine@thegooddaybirmingham.com with "Exchange + order number" in the subject line to obtain your RMA #.  
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date, and shipped within 3 days of notifying us of your exchange.

Note return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and one-of-a-kind items can not be returned.
